Since you have chosen "Other Products" as your software, exactly which program do you have? If it is either Vegas Pro or Vegas Movie Studio version 18 or earlier, please see this pinned post.
Since this is your first ever post here, assuming you have a product other than those I've mentioned above, have you tried asking for help from other users in this forum?
Also, just to add a little to what @SP. has told you, there is no telephone support for any Magix product.
Why can't I talk to a real person! I just paid $4.99 to reactivate my movie edit pro 17 per the program. I still have not received a code via email. I checked my spam etc... I starting to think this is a fraud and going to cancel my cc purchase of the $4.99. I should be able to talk to a real person at MAGIX so this could be taken care of quickly instead of being very frustrating.
Please do not hijack other users post based on requesting an email for Magix, as your query is not related, create your own post in the correct Vegas forum.

Please create a post in the Audio area of the forums in order to receive help from other users. Also, please specify exactly which version of SF you have; there is no such product as "Sound Forge Audio", there is Sound Forge Pro and Sound Forge Audio Studio.
The Music Maker 2026 Premium Download Manager is completely non-functional. The progress bar does not move, the remaining time is frozen, and there is no download speed at all.
I have already removed all Magix-related files from my system — which unfortunately caused the loss of client projects — yet the issue still persists.
I am requesting that you provide full direct download links for the installers, not the Download Manager. I need the complete installation files for the following products:
Music Maker 2026 Premium
SOUND FORGE Audio Studio 12
iZotope Ozone 11 Elements
Please also check your system for any open support tickets under Email address removed by Moderator. It has been almost two months with no response from the Magix support team to any ticket or email.
I need these downloads urgently, as this issue is preventing me from continuing my work.

The problem of the Downloads failing to start is often caused by the user's Antivirus and/or Firewall blocking connection between the host computer and the Magix servers. Have you tried temporarily disabling both (or giving specific permission for the connection)?
There have been a number of posts recently where users have commented that they seem to not have received any useful response to their support requests. Did you receive any acknowledgement email in response to any of your requests? If so, the response will include a Ticket number. Have you tried replying to at least one of those emails requesting an update?
