How to get my free upgrade to Vegas Pro 19

I received the email stating if I purchased Vegas Pro 18 then I would receive a free upgrade to 19 which was going to be released in a couple of weeks. Well, the new version came out and I can't seem to get that upgrade. It wants me to pay for it. Anyone know how I can get my free upgrade?
