How to make only ONE audio track

Jane1 wrote on 6/25/2019, 2:56 AM

I want to use Movie Edit Pro Premium 2019 for video dubbing.

I work like this: I start playing a short clip( of video I am dubbing) and translate it. Then, after I stop audio recording( translarting)

I must confirm a dialog window with the text KEEP THAT TAKE?

Is is possible to make the confirmation automatically( by default) when I stop audio recording?

Another question/problem:
Then play another part of the same video and translate it ( another clip) .

And so on until I translate the whole video. a clip by clip( in small parts). But with each next clip I have a new audio track added.

Is it possible to have all translated clippings ( audio tracks) of the same video on the same audio track?

Thank you for help

Hi

. . . . Is is possible to make the confirmation automatically( by default) when I stop audio recording? . . . .

Unfortunately not - the idea of the dialog is to enable you to re-record the dubbing if mistakes or extraneous noises get in to the recording.

Yes - for already existing takes you need to drag the audio objects into the correct position.

For new recordings, select the track you want the recordings to go onto by clicking in the free space as indicated by the left arrow in the image below.

Position the timeline cursor at the location where you want the recording to start - right arrow in image below, then hit record - repositioning the timeline cursor as required for each take.
