I think your computer is not nearly powerful enough to run any variant of Movie Edit Pro, unfortunately. I suspect the problem of it not shutting down is simply because as it shuts down it needs to carry out quite an amount of "housekeeping" and your processor is simply not fast enough to cope with the necessary throughput of data.

However, I suspect that, if you leave it long enough - and it may be a very long time - it will, eventually, close.

You say you ordered this premium by mistake, what did you intend to order? How recently did you buy it? If you really do not want the program and provided the purchase was very recent you should contact sales@magix.net and request a full refund.

I have a suspicion that a registration date of December 8th, 2020, is outside the period within which a refund is possible. I think it is 30 days.
