How to rotate the video

I just got this program and I have one video which was created in the wrong orientation. It is up side down, how do I rotate the video

I'm new to this as well but I'm online so I thought I would give this a shot. I googled this question and got this...
"...go to Effects > Video effects > Rotation/Mirror. Under the right symbol, write 90 or 270 and press Enter."

so in your case write 180 and it should work.
