how to slow down end credits in PhotoStory Deluxe

Hello, I have PhotoStory Deluxe and I am trying to insert scrolling end credits in my outro.

can any one tell me how to slow down the scrolling process? they scroll by so fast you cannot read them.

from the title editor i can add the scrolling text, but I do not see any way to alter the speed in the title editor.

do I need to add a photo and edit the lenght of the picture being shown? would that do it?

thanks for any help.

Dale

Hi,

Make sure that you are in timeline mode. The title should be an object on the timeline that you can extend by dragging the right hand side to the right. This increases the duration. Make it whatever length that you want.

thanks browj2. i have tried dragging the right hand side to the right, but it still zooms by. I am at work now, but when I get home I will make sure i am in timeline mode before trying this. I appreciate your help!

Having same issue with Photo story deluxe.  No matter how long I make the title, it still goes by too quickly.  I have to make the entire title over a minute long to slow down 15 seconds of credit info enough to read it.  By doing this, the title box extends way past end of slideshow.

After further experimenting, it seems that most of the animated caption templates run at the proper speeds.  However, if you edit one to change font type, or manual create a scrolling closing credit, it goes back to a very quick scroll speed.  I have yet to find a template that matches the style I am looking for in my project and would prefer to create my own.

Hi,

Can you give us a couple of examples, with names of animated captions. I don't have PhotoStory on my computer anymore, but I can try in Movie Edit Pro.
