how to syncronise Voice and picture

Voice and picture are out of sync when imported, even when it appears correct while recording. The tutorial is rubbish. can someone explain how to re-sync in editing please?

I don't know Music Maker, but in MEP we try correcting by "Create new Frametable", in case we talk about MPG-files.
