I bought Sound Forge Pro 15 as a pre sale on Feb 18 2021 at 1:45 pm. My order number is Removed by Moderator. Your company said the they were going to send me, when the product were ready , and email with the link for downloading the program. I have never receive that. Please I need some answer to this. Thanks for you concern.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff. As users, the software is not from our company!

Also, you should never post confidential data like your order number to a public forum like this one. Hence I have removed it from your post.

Have you checked the Spam folder in your email client? It is not unknown for emails from Magix to be treated like this by some email servers.

If you have nothing in your Spam folder you need to email infoservice@magix.net with your order details and ask that they resend the email with the download link.
