I can no longer move an object?

Using: Magix Movie Edit Pro 2014

To be specific, the handles on the objects have disappeared and I can no longer resize and move the object freely.

As you can see, or perhaps rather not see, the handles on the title-object have disappeared despite me going to movement effect. How do I get them back?
