yesterday I bought a car boot sale computer software Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus HD
I installed today and I can not register
because the previous owner also is registered
what do I do now
because I can not use

The previous owner has to deregister the software (for a small fee, in Germany it's 10 EUR). If he doesn't, you won't be able to use the software.
