I can't capture an image from the timeline.

I'm not able to save the first image on the selection on the timeline. I can't even bring up the dialogue!

Expand the timeline to select the right image using the + bottom right screen.

File, Export Movie, Single frame as bmp or single frame as jpg.

Save in the proper location.
