As the error message suggests i think you should contact Magix Tech support.  If you have a DVD program it could be damaged or corrupted....these things happen.  If you were doing a download on line, Magix checks you system for space and operating system info and if not satisfied,will not start....but it did start...maybe you had a bad server connection.  You've got to sit back and follow the prompts and don't interrupt the process.  It can be alittle time consuming.  I've had a few minor download problems over the years, but nothing like you got...sorry, mate, good luck.  Magix will fix.  Maybe a bad sectaor on your hard drive.  Do a disk defragment proceedure and re-try to download after that
