i cannot get magix pro 2013 to burn blu ray bd-re discs. It keeps saying error cannot acess disc

Not a lot to go on.

More information is needed:-

- Computer specification including Windows version and burner type / model.

- Burn settings you are using.

- Copy of the section of the error log from the start of the burn process to the point where the error occurs.
