I cannot register my Music maker.

I cannot register my Music Maker. The code I am supposed to put in is on the receipt. Howerever it contains letter and numbers.

The registration process will onlt take numbers.

Do you have a hard copy or did you download ? There should be a P2-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX type of number that is your registration number. the "x" is a number, not a letter. Its on athe box somdwhere if not on the CD itself and if you download, Magix will provide you with the number during the download, assuming you download fronm Magix proper and not some web pirate scum bag....because they ain't got no registration numbers !!
