When i try to do the installation it says 'The installation is not possible because the following related product is installed on your computer' i have looked at the products name, un installed it, deleted any trace of it from my computer and it still says its stopping mmm from installing.
I am using windows 7 with plenty of memory.
If you have already uninstalled the program in question thru control panel, go to search in the start menu. Type in the name of the program and if anything is still on your computer in will come up and then you can remove whatever is left behind. This is called a clean uninstall. Many times when a program is uninstalled thru the control panel it will still leave traces of the program behind in case one might reinstall that particular program.
