Hi

Email support at Magix - explain why you have exceeded the allowed number of activations and ask them to reset the activation.

Hello Johnebaker

I will make this crystal clear, I emailed support@magix.com and I said the following:

Hello Magix

I am unable to activate me magix music maker premium 2013 as it tells me that I have exceeded my maximum amount of activates.

I have been having a few problems with me computer over the last few months and I have had to do a few formats, thus then me having to re activate each time after I reinstall windows.

Please can you assist me.

Thank you

Kind regards,

Conor

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You have asked me, " what did you use to send the email" as unclear as that message is, I used Gmail, Does that answer you question?

Well I cant use a program that i legitimately paid  for, and I need to get some help, yet I need to pay to get this help, and that total nonsence.

I feel as if i have been robbed and  have to pay to get help for a product that have paided for.

Hi Conor

Try contacting sales at magix instead.

. . . . I have been having a few problems with me computer over the last few months and I have had to do a few formats, . . .

Have you found the cause of the problems?

One trick I do is to create a backup image of my computers hard drive, after I have installed everything and checked it is working, to an external hard drive using Clonezilla and the if anything does goes wrong I can restore the image and avoid havng to reinstall everything.

HTH

John
