Hi,

Are ylu trying to burn to NTSC?

If so then you probably have the same problem as in this thread.

Yes, that does sound like it could be my problem. So is a new patch coming out?

Hopefully soon. We'll be watching and waiting.

The new patch is supposed to work.

Read through the link that I gave you, especially the bottom of the original question for an update.

It appears that a Windows security update may have been the cause.

Good luck!

Thanks, it mentions a "link" to a security update to undo. Any way to know which one is the problem security update? I am all up to date on my Windows 7 updates.....

Glad you found the link and thanks for publishing it.

Has it solved your burning problem?

Also, check back on the link that I gave you. I think that there was another problem.

I was able to uninstall the correct update file and then I reinstalled the patch. I have not yet tried to burn a DVD, ran out when I wasted so many trying last week! As soon as I get some I will give it a try. I did not fully uninstall the movie sotfware so if it doesnt yet work, that would be my next attempt. Thanks much for the help!!

Well uninstalling the update and reinstalling the patch has not helped. I still burned a non-working DVD. Before I uninstall and reinstall the entire program I'd like to find out if that will help. I saw in the other thread that he was having trouble with size issues and I do NOt want to have to deal with that. I am close to asking for my $ back for this program.....
