Does anyone have a solution for entering the wrong email address when you purchase a product? I purchased movie edit pro and misspelled my email and now I cant get my product

That's a problem as you have no proof of purchase beyond your banking details. You could try contacting Magix staff by using the 'SUPPORT' button above this thread. Maybe if you can show your credit / debit card number and date of purchase you could convince them you were the rightful purchaser.

@Robb-Phillips Only a suggestion which may not work. If you purchased from Magix using an incorrect email address then presumably there is an account in the name of the incorrect address. Go to that account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ and there's an option for changing details to the correct address. Let us know how you get on.
