I had purchased the Magix Music Maker 2026 and never got the code

Never got the activation code in my email. Had PayPal contact them to see what was happening to the no activation code.

5 days later got the code and was able to activate this product. Then PayPal never got an answer from them and gave me a refund. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND! Now I get that activation error code when I open the program.

This program still seems to be activated and working no more trial notifications.

But I want to be honest about it and purchase it again?

Since January 7th, 2026, there has been an issue affecting a small number of purchases made through our US shop when paying via PayPal. In these cases, the payment is successfully debited by PayPal, but the funds are not released to MAGIX, which means the product order is unfortunately not triggered automatically.

The root cause of this issue is on PayPal’s side, not with MAGIX.
