Hi,

I see from the image that you are using MEP2015 PLUS. Do you have the latest patch?

Is there any pattern to this problem, and if so, can you consistently reproduce it and how?

Are you using a shortcut to open the FX or using the menu, or right-clicking?

I haven't seen this problem and I can't test it as I am travelling, again, but someone else might be able to.

Hi

It looks like a graphics drawing problem on that computer.

Is it installed on a 64Bit version of windows and do you have the correct/latest 64bit graphics driver installed?

What happens if you select - Program Settings > Display options > Video mode > Compatibility mode - or any of the other modes?

Ss
