I can see from your first picture that you have used chroma key to place the man against a background of the sky and flowers.  What I don't understand is why the man in your second picture is shown as extremely "pink" nor why you need to "crop" the picture nor what you mean by "reset the colors"!  So, more details, please.

However, taking something of a guess at what you mean by "crop the picture", are you trying to reduce the size of the man against the background?  If so, you need to reduce his size in his original track (the one which has him against the background you have keyed out) by highlighting that track, going to Effects>Movement Effects>Size/Position and reducing the size of the whole frame there.  Then whatever size he now appears as in the original track, he will be the same size against the added background.
