I installed software and it is not accepting activation

I am getting error message that the key is invalid. I have copied it directly form my products page. I am trying to reinstall where it was activated before. This version is 2018 and I am low on finances so cannot buy newer copes

Hi and welcome to the forum

If the error code number is:

Error -14

You are putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition - check you have re-installed the correct version of the program
Error -24

The serial number has already been registered to another email address - check you are using the correct email address - if the program was originally registered using a different email address use that.

If neither of the above what is the full error message and error code?
