Which Cinematic plug-ins did you purchase and where from - ie the in program store or ProducerPlanet?

Hello and thanks for responding. I bought the 34.99 Cinematic Luts Bundle from the program store and it does work at all. everytime i drag a luts filter to the section i wish to apply it pops up saying that perhaps they havent been downloaded.

i read it all but i still dont know exactly what to do or how to locate them as you say. im a computer novice just starting out and im going to need you to explain it step by step or maybe explain to me how to get my money back for a product that doesnt seem to be working.

Hi

Do the following:

  1. Open Windows File Explorer and browse to the folder:

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Videocontent\Movie Edit Pro Premium\VideoEffects\
     
  2. In the VideoEffects folder create a new folder called LUTPresets and open it
     
  3. Create 2 new folders LUTEffect and LUTCamera
     
  4. If the LUTs you purchased are in a Zip file they need extracting to a folder - I would suggest you create a folder in your Documents folder to keep a copy of them for backup.
     
  5. Once extracted copy the Cinematic folder and files to the LUTEffect folder you created above. See image below for my Cinematics folder in the folders you created above - you will not have the other LUTS and should only have the one folder Cinematic Effects shown selected in the image below

When you start MEP they should appear under the Templates, Movie Looks and look something like this
