Magix Video Pro X. I log in. I try to buy updates, do all the steps through payment, then it says nothing in cart. No one to talk to or chat. This is though log in and also from the open program. Also noticed some of my info is not in English, although that is the selected language.

Try contacting Magix via sales@magix.net as there are no staff on the forums to help you out. You should get a reply within a few days if not sooner. First an automated one, then one from a staff member.
