I love movie edit pro - but...

I've been using Movie edit pro since version 14. Unfortunately, It looks like I'll have to be changing editors soon. I can't get any upgrades because newer versions of Edit Pro are exclusively 64 bit and I run a 32 bit machine. They do NOT make this apparent in their literature so, not realizing this, I inadvertently purchased their latest version. Also, Magix has the WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They don't make it easy to return a product or contact them, The customer service number is always busy and there is no contact email that I can find. Come on guys. You have a great product. Get your act together.

I know. I'm an idiot. Since I'd been using the product for years, I didn't think to read that far down the page

To contact Magix, simply raise a ticket under support and ask for a refund. Don't call.

Good luck finding another nle that is up to date and not 64 bit. And if you want to do 4K, you will have a very hard time editing on a 32 bit machine/program. You may want to consider biting the bullet and buying a new computer to set you up for the next 10 years.

I've done that and I've been shopping around for a new computer. The thing is, I'm in the middle of a project and it's just not practical to migrate to a new computer just now. Thanks.
