You have to use file manager browse where your file is located after finding you can drag and drop on the arranger in Music Maker. What is your Music Maker version?

MM 17. Thanks. I found that. However I have 4 telephone interviews recorded. Two are very bad but I have to use then. They are crackly and telephony. The other 2 interviews are fine. Is it possible to equalize these recordings. If so, how? Again, my appreciation

In Music maker there are various editing tools. I will suggest please always keep your original work some where safe as back up.

Drag and drop your audio file on the arranger. Click once on it then click Effects/Audio and choose Audio effect or Mastering suite.

Or
Ctril+Shift+A (use External audio editor) Click on your audio file click Effects/Audio and choose. Please refer screen shot

If you want you can use Music Editor by going to All programs Music maker 17 click on and choose Music Editor when it is opened click on File/Import Audio/Effects. From effects you can choose various effects and play around when you are satisfied with the result save and export. Please refer screen shot.

NOTE: I have used screen shots from Music Maker 16 Premium, your version might be different but hope at least that will give you an idea.
