I just can't trust your software any longer. I've struggled to get a 15 minute project done. I have never had more problems with an NLE than with this product. I've been a customer for awhile now, and as much as I hate ditching software I paid good money for, I just can't deal with this any more. I'm thinking even an open source solution would be less buggy.
