Without further information it is very difficult to say what the problem is.

What is your full computer specification, hard drive size and free space, camera make / model, which version of MEP are you using and how are you connecting the camera to the computer?

Given that message, wouldn't it be a good idea to tell us the specification of your PC? And whether you tried the suggestion made?
