I need a refund

This program has a error in the download, and I've tried to get tech support for two days to no avail all I get is a standard message saying that I have to pay for a voucher in order to get tech support. Excuse me but if you send out faulty programs with error messages which aren't installing correctly then a refund is in order and the tech support should automatically come with the program for at least a year because s$%^& happens. I am reporting this to the FTC because Software and Hardware companies need to be held to a standard of accreditation that all the services software and equipment be fully functional upon arrival and the customer support be given for at least a year as part of the price The idea that software can't be refunded is complete bag of hooey. The same standard should apply across the board that applies to any other professional service ie that you deliver what you are selling.

@Deborah-Chapin

Hi

Please note this is a user to user forum provided by Magix for users to help each other.

There is a Contact link at the bottom of every forum page where you can raise a support ticket with Magix.

It is unfortunate that you are experiencing issues downloading/installing the program, however without more information ie the exact stage the installation fails, any error messages you receive and information about your computer, anti-virus and firewall software it is not possible to advise - for the information required see this topic.
