I need to get a refund processed but Magix support keeps bouncing it

Hello,
I need to get a refund processed, but Magix support keeps bouncing it with an irritating AI response, asking for non-related system information:Where, and how can I contact Magix support for this refund? Magix support level is severely declined!!

I did send these email accounts a message with the question of how and where to get a refund.

It is highly unlikely, I think, that you will receive any sort of reply until at least next week, i.e., after the New Year holiday.

I already asked them for a refund 3 weeks ago. Not a single response other than;

@peter1968 I read a comment on Reddit some weeks ago from a former support staff member who worked for 10 years at Magix. In December they get like 80% of their yearly support request volume, because all kinds of users want to finish their yearly projects at the end of the year. And staff often weren't able to answer everybody until late January. But since the beginning of 2025 Magix has new owners and likely a new support staff. I wouldn't be surprised if they are totally understaffed and overwhelmed by the support requests. I have open tickets from October 2025.

Magix will be gone/bankrupt in a very short time, these are the signs.

@peter1968 That was the case in the past when they still had good customer support. They had an insolvency in 2023, that's why they now have a new parent company. They are currently trimming everything that doesn't generate enough revenue

Good to know. The downward spiral sets in. I will not order anything from Magix again. I will not lose many purchases and its functions again, like happened with other content from other companies.
