IT SEEMS THAT ALMOST EVERY TIME I ORDER A NEW PRODUCT OR AN UPGRADE, I CAN DOWNLOAD THE FILE FROM YOU, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE INSTALLATION, IT SEEMS TO TRYING TO INSTALL, BUT THEN FREEZES AND SHOWS NO PROGRESS AT ALL(EVEN AFTER AN HOUR). IN THE PAST, YOUR SUPPORT STAFF HAS TAKEN REMOTE CONTROL OF MY COMPUTER AND INSTALLED THE PRODUCT. I NEED TO HAVE THIS UPGRADE OF MOVIE STUDIO SUITE 365 INSTALLED. PLEASE CONACT ME ASAP TO ARRANGE TO HAVE IT INSTALLED.
