I saved files from my email that was taken on iphone. When i login into the movie edit pro to create a dvd. the video in the media pool is has a distored green color in the video. Why is this and can it be corrected?

You didn't indicate which version of MEP that you are using, year and basic or Plus/Premium.

See this thread for a similar problem recently discussed.

Check that you have updated to the latest patch.

Do you have the latest patch for MEP2015? How did you get it and what is the version (not serial number)?

I think it's the basic. But no I don't have the lasted patch??? Also. That Green hue ( the sample pic is what I'm seeing)

Hi Pamela,

To find out which version you have, simply look at the top of the MEP screen at the left. Mine says MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2015 Premium, followed by the project name. Also, click on Help on the top menu, About Magix Movie Edit Pro, and you will see the version at the top left. The most recent is 14.0.0.166. You will also see your serial number. which you should never post or divulge, but you should have it written down somewhere in case you need it.

To check for and get the latest patch, go to Help, Online update. Make sure that you have saved any work before doing this. If there is an update available, you will be told and given the option to download and install it or cancel. Go for it. The installation will close MEP which is why I said to save your work first. After installation of the patch, when you open MEP, it will ask you Activate. Do so.

Once you have the new patch, try loading the iPhone file again and let me know if it works properly.
