Hi,

First, you do not ask for a refund here.  No one here works for Magix.  This is a user forum.  I would suggest that you contact Magix sales using the number for your country of purchase and discuss it with them.

Victor....a little advice, since you havae already made a mistake from the very beginning.  While music in and of itself is a very ambigious thing.....but its based on math....yu have to learn how it works S   L   O    W   L   Y.....and that way keep your mistakes to minor and easily corretable.  Yu either didn't read the fine print or you were in a hurry to get started and look what it got you.  As already explained in anothr answer, contact Magix and I'm sure they will do everything in their power to make yu a happy camper

I was just wondering if someone knew how you get a refund, I knew that this site was not from Magix employees...

okay gnarly as I said to the other person: I was just wondering if smbody knew how you get a refund because when i bougth the program it said: Its a 30 days 100% refund... Please coment if you know anything♥

Hi Victor,

Magix sales are the people you need to contact to process a refund.  Here all the telephone numbers.  Choose the "sales" number for the country you purchased from or the one closest to where you purchased.  I suggest calling rather than e mail because it will be much faster.
