I did not like this version of magix, and when i tried the free version it was another type of magix music maker. so i am going in to that and buying that version instead.....
First, you do not ask for a refund here. No one here works for Magix. This is a user forum. I would suggest that you contact Magix sales using the number for your country of purchase and discuss it with them.

Victor....a little advice, since you havae already made a mistake from the very beginning. While music in and of itself is a very ambigious thing.....but its based on math....yu have to learn how it works S L O W L Y.....and that way keep your mistakes to minor and easily corretable. Yu either didn't read the fine print or you were in a hurry to get started and look what it got you. As already explained in anothr answer, contact Magix and I'm sure they will do everything in their power to make yu a happy camper

Magix sales are the people you need to contact to process a refund. Here all the telephone numbers. Choose the "sales" number for the country you purchased from or the one closest to where you purchased. I suggest calling rather than e mail because it will be much faster.
Telephone Support
USA: 1-775-562-0527 : Technical Support (9am - 4pm EST, Mo-Fr)
International: Please choose the office that is nearest your location. International call charges may apply*.
Sorry that you are not happy with the product you purchased I hope that the one you decide on will meet your needs and get your musical creativity up and running the way you want it to.
