i am the legal buyer of this product Movie Edit Pro 17 cerial nr Removed by Moderator but somebody help met to install it long time back so he put his mail adres in but now i got my own mail adres for the registracion it is Removed by Moderator can you please change it to this mail adres and al you sent me n the Mpeg 4 code so that i can burn my movie but it dont whant to work is this code that you sent me the right one it is Removed by Moderator please let me know you can sent me a mail but please in english

Well done. Not only have you published the serial number of your program in a public, you have added your email address. Anyone can now use your program. Do you not realize this?

Remove both the serial number and the email address immediately!

As browj quite correctly says, you should never post your personal email or your software registration codes to a public forum like this one. Hence, I have now removed them from your post.

You need to be aware this is a user to user forum, not a direct link to Magix Support. Magix staff rarely view the forum and even more rarely actually post here.

However, the nature of your problem can only be resolved by Magix Support staff so you need to raise a support ticket here. You will need to log in using the email address and password that was originally used to register your software; once you have logged in you will be able to amend your registration detail to add your new email address and also be able to ask about the mp4 codec.
