IDE is blurry

I have just downloaded the latest version of Movie Edit Pro. Really good to get the thumbnails of the scenes in a video to a legible size on a high resolution screen. Sadly this is not matched by the sharpness of the image. The thumbnail images are blurry and the print on each frame is (1) burry and (2) insufficiently contrasting to be readily legible (with my aged eyesight).

Can these things be adjusted? Can I get nice sharp pictures and clearly defined print?

My machine is Intel QuadCore i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 32 GB RAM, running MS Windows 10 Home on an MSI B75MA-P45 motherboard. It was assembled by Net Solution Computers of Morley, Western Australia, and has a SAMSUNG U28D590D VDU driven by an NVIDIA QUADRO K620 Video Card and RealTek High Definition Audio. I have Windows Defender and Malwarebytes as Anti-virus with Firefox and Skype running in the background.

Hi Rick

This is a common problem with the UHD screens - usually a mismatch between the graphics card settings, too low resolution, and the monitor resolution - for the Samsung see here for suggested solutions.

Also try changing the Disable full screen optimisations option in the program shortcut properties, Compatibility tab
