Hi,

Are you saying that clicking Fades, Title or Effects does nothing - Import remains open?

Try using File > Settings >Reset program settings to default and restart MEP. If that fails find videodeluxe.ini (on my XP PC it's at C:\Documents and Settings\Terry\Application Data\MAGIX\Movie Edit Pro 2014 Premium\Videodeluxe.ini and is 45 KB. Delete (or rename) it and restart MEP.

If not please post an image of what you see when MEP starts.

Also you need to update the program with the latest patch v13.0.3.14.

Or try resetting the windows from the top menu bar:

@John: My MEP comes up with the preview screen across halft the top as well!

Oops - thanks Carl.

I should have mentioned this is part of a dual monitor setup screenshot and that I meant is it this Import tab circled on the image is that appears on startup
