Imported video doesn't import its audios

Hi Guys, maybe this question is already posted and I'm in a rush, I imported an MP4 that plays well video and audio oustide of Movie Edit Pro, when I imported it, video played correctly but it doesn't import its associated audio. Any thoughts?

Video resolution 1280 x 720, Audio 44100 hz, 16 bit

Welcome to the Magix forums.

First, very quick answer: make sure that MEP is set to "expect" 44.1 Khz sample rate.

A MediaInfo analysis - post results from the Text view - of the video file will help, what is the source of the video file and has it been subjected to any conversions, muxing etc before it got to MEP?
