Without knowing anything about which program/version that you are using, select the image, go to Effects, View/Animation, Rotation and rotate it in the direction that you want. This is basic editing. You should read the manual.

As for why the image comes in on its side, this was discussed recently and depends on what you did. I won't hazard a guess, you should tell us and tell us if it is an image or a video - you have indicated video in the subject, image in the text.

Please don't write in bold.

I don't know what's wrong with my softwares everytime I restore my pc they work first time then when they randomly crash I relaunch them and they're filled with errors and bugs but thanks for being honest with your answer.
