Hi

MOV is a container file format, and may contain one of many video/audio encoding formats, the 422 refers to the way the colour information is compressed in the video file, in this case it does not stop the video importing.

For certainty we need to know what codecs are being used internally with a MediaInfo analysis of the video file see this topic for what is required, however I suspect as the video did not import you are going to have to install Quicktime.
