Instal Program leads me to "500 Internal Sever Error"

Im trying to download Music Maker EDM 2018. My product is activated, and I have downloaded it before, but recently had to wipe my computer. I am not trying to redownload it, but every time I go to the "products I own" page, and click download on it, it brings up a separate window with the error message "500 Internal Server Error, An unknown error occurred". is there anything i can do to fix this?

No - that is an error on the server you are trying to access - try again, it is working for me (using Firefox).

hi! it´s the same to me, in the e-mail , when i try to open it, appears the message: "500 internal server error", since three days, i cant open my mail. I´ve tried using firefox, chrome and explorer, nothing works. What can i do? thanks

I have hidden your post because you have posted the same question in this thread where you make clear this is a problem of accessing your email, so nothing to do with the problem in this present thread, which was created by a user experiencing problems downloading software.

Please do not duplicate posts and also please do not hijack another user's thread.
