I purchased this product in 2015. I now want to install it on a new computer. I get Error Code -24, with a vague solution to use the email I originally registered with. Well, I am. So now what? This is one of the most difficult software AND customer service situations I've ever had in setting up my computer. Thanks for any help.. preferably a live body with access to my account.

Hi,

Error code -24 means the serial number has already been registered to another email address.

Since this is a re-install then you need to enter the Email address with which the software was originally registered. Did you change your email address?

You should sign in to your account on Magix.com to check.
