If the software does not work on Linux should I get an refund?

There are many folders I need also error code 57. Can’t find path

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

This web page makes it very clear that Magix Movie Studio is for Windows only. Why did you think it was possible to install and run the software under any version of Linux?

Assuming you have bought the software recently you can ask for a refund by sending the full details of your original order to infoservice@magix.net.
