Installation issue with ACID 11 and Sound Forge Audio Studio 17 on Win

I recently purchased VEGAS Pro 21 Suite and tried to install ACID 11 and Sound Forge Audio Studio 17 from the official MAGIX website. However, the installation files do not launch at all when I double-click them.

To troubleshoot, I already:
    •    Disabled my antivirus software
    •    Tried running the installers as an administrator

But unfortunately, nothing changes — the installation does not start in any way.

Here are my system specs for reference:
    •    OS: Windows 11 Pro (24H2), OS Build 26100.4770
    •    Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 265K @ 3.90GHz
    •    RAM: 32 GB
    •    System Type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor
    •    Motherboard: ASROCK B860 PRO RS
    •    Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060

I read that MAGIX products are supposed to be fully compatible with Windows 11, but could anyone please confirm if this is the case for ACID 11 and Sound Forge Audio Studio 17?
And if so, are there any additional steps I should try to get the installers to run properly?

Thank you in advance for any advice!

@Sooyong-Shin

Welcome to the Magix users forums.

In addition to disabling your antivirus, did you also check that your firewall is set to allow connection between your computer and the Magix servers?

@Sooyong-Shin Can you please check the Windows Reliability Monitor for crash logs?

Press the Windows key and R on your keyboard to open the Run window. Type perfmon /rel and press Enter to open the Reliability Monitor. Navigate to the red cross icons in the time table that symbolize a crash. Double click on the crash entry to open the detailed crash description. You can copy and paste it here and maybe we can find a cause.
