New member here. I have to admit trying to find "support" is extremely confusing.

I am hoping someone can help me. I downloaded the program, and installed it. When I start up, the startup splash screen pops up, with no close option. The program then goes off into never never land, continuously loading for hours. I have to do the Crl-Alt-Del to get out of the screen. The program loads in the background. But the startup splash screen not only blocks any interaction with the program itself, it also blocks most of the screen.

When I try the authentication app that the installation created, I get a window requiring the serial number again. [I did this before] And when I re enter in my serial number, it says something is wrong with the number. It was the same number I had entered before, and it said it was successful.

This is very irritating. Thanks to anyone who can help this very frustrated customer.
