internal error in Video Deluxe 2015 Premiuim

joserobles1941 wrote on 11/18/2015, 7:05 PM

Every time I open program Sorry, Internal Error,  No projektinfo in DeleteUndo Project , File Intern_PLccp, Line 2023,  comes up.

Checked with Magix technical assitance and was told to dowload Simpliclean and run it as Administrator.  So I did but problem persists.

Would appreciate your help telling me what causes this error,  how can I fix it and if uninstalling program and installing it back again would solve the issue.

Thanks in advance for replies

PS.  I have Windows 7 installed, with Intel i5 processor with HD 4600 integrated graphic card, and 16 gb Ram

Hi

Using Windows Explorer search for videodeluxe.ini - you will need to set Explorer to search in Hidden files and folders.

You should find several copies of the ini file - the one you want will be the largest in size - delete it.

Start MEP 2015 - the ini file will be recreated - note: you will lose any customised settings eg folder locations etc.

Hi

Thank  you very much for the advise.  I will do the search and keep you posted.  Might take a while, though.  I have made an attempt  and not found the ini files yet.  Have searched in C:/ Users/My Username/AppDate/Roaming/Movie_Edit-pro and found other different type of folders but not ini.

Will resume search later

Hi,

For the last two days, I have been looking for the videodeluxe.in file without finding it.   Guess that the only solution is to uninstall the program and I want to ask you  if dowloading Revo Uninstaller could be the solution as mentioned in another post.

Thank you

José Robles

Sorry for the long frame.  I must have pressed the wrong key while writing.

This morning I finally sorted it out.  I found the solution in the post mentioned in my previous post:  File, Settings, Reset program to default.

Thank you so much for your help.  The members of this Forum are really knowledgeable and selfless
