SimonMejer-Holm wrote on 12/13/2020, 2:24 PM

Hey.

when I start my program I get this error: Sorry, Internal Error!
No project info in deleteUndoProjekt

The program does not run properly, audio and video do not match.
the program crashes every time i try to edit in a little video.

in the Error box that appears it says:
Sorry, Internal Error!
No project info in deleteUndoProjekt
Files. \ Intern_PI.cpp
Line 1935

I have tried to reinstall the program.
what can I do to get the program working again?

thanks in advance.

hi.
it is possible that it does not run optimally, but I have used it a lot on my windows 10 machine without experiencing changes from my windowsows 7 machine

the error occurred after my laptop died of power while using the program, since then I have not been able to use the program.

it almost has to be in some registry files.

Hi Simon.

It is possible that if you upgrade to Windows 10 while still on seven with the program installed at that point that it still ran but Win 10 is constantly updating drivers and support and could have corrupted the program on the crash. The only way I know of correcting something like that is to completely uninstal the program and re-install it but you have to use the Microsoft Fixit tool to completely rid Windows of all of MEPs left over instal files or it will revert back to it's last state. Even then it may no longer run.

@CubeAce
Unfortunately, I also think I need to have my Windows reinstalled to fix the error.
I had hoped there was someone who had tried something similar and solved it in a different way.
