Intro Outro - added Intro, dont know how to add Outro?

I have a new project, purchased Intro/Outro on the store. The Intro and Outro show up in Templates Intro/Outro Animations. I choose the one purchased, add video on line one, select the one item containing both Intro and Outro from the Templates - Intro/Outro animations area. I see two animations in two purple boxes, one has the text Intro the other has the text Outro. I double click Intro and the intro is added correctly, I can edit the text just fine.

Here is the problem I cant figure out:

I want to add the Outro, I double click the Outro and it adds the Outro but removes the Intro. Need help for the steps to properly add the Outro please?

New to the software, only had it a few days, a little disappointed it is so hard to find help beyond this forum. Here is what eventually worked for me thanks to this forum....

You can attach either the Intro or Outro to one video or image object but not both.  You must hae two seperate objects to use both effects.

If you have only one video object to which you want to add both the Intro and Outro then you must make a cut in that object - position the timeline cursor anywhere in the video and press the T key.  You can then add the Intro to the first part and the Outro to the second.

Hi

Welcome to the forum.

Have you read the installed PDF manual available under Help in the program.

Also see this tutorial on Getting started with Movie Edit Pro. Although it refers to an older version and the interface is different , the principles are the same .

If you use the search function of the forum you will found that the Intro/Outro topic has been asked several times.

Please read this topic before posting and it would help other users respond to your questions if you place your computer specification and full product name and version number in your profile signature.
