Intro-Outro Download has no sound

I just downloaded the Road Trip Intro-Outro from the Store, but the audio that was part of the preview did not download with it - so it is just showing the video and no audio. How can I resolve this?

We need more information about your computer specification and Movie Edit Pro version - see this topic for details of what is required and variant - Free, plus or Premium.

Additionally, using Windows File Explorer browse to this folder:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Videocontent\Movie Edit Pro variant\IntroOutro

Do you see any audio files with a .ogg file extension with 'Road trip' or similar in the name?
