The code was probably only valid for some weeks, maybe a year. Since it is about four years old I think that could be your problem.
Another possibility is that you are using the code on the wrong product.
Are you referring to a serial number or a URL to download a unknown product? Is this a Sound Forge product? Was it supposed to be included with another Magix product? Please elaborate.

A voucher code can only be used once, after that the Magix registration systems know what it has been used for.

A SF Pro 11 serial number is typical of the following, starting with 17D (17D-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
If you have a valid serial number, you can download SF Pro-11 and activate it through Magix. You must use the email address that was used when it was initially registered, which was probably with SCS (Sony). All the SCS registration data was transferred to Magix during the acquisition in 2016.
