Did you check your emails you would have received when originally making the purchase? In my experience an invoice is sent as an attachment to the order confirmation. If you do not have the email(s) or cannot find them you need to email infoservice@magix.net, including as much detail as possible about your order, and ask for their help.

Also, for future reference, please note that the correct forum for questions about Vegas Pro and versions of Vegas Movie Studio up to and including version 17 is here.
